An autism assessment is a comprensive evaluation designed to determine whether a person’s characteristics and experiences are contistent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Including; Developmental history and interview, clinical assessment and structured observation, relevant questionaires, cognitive or language assessment (where appropirate), information from parents, carers, and/or teachers, wher relevant, review and interpretation of assessment results, feedback session and written diagnostic report
